The law firm of Heiß and Korn is based in Weingarten but has activities well beyond the region.

The office was established in 1982 by Manfred Heiß.

Following an exceptionally successful founding phase, both the number of lawyers and the field of activities were constantly expanded.

Since 1995, the firm has operated under the name of Heiß and Korn. It serves the needs of its clients with two lawyers, two qualified lawyer's clerks and several other personnel.

We advise our clients in all major fields of law. Besides a large number of private persons who regularly make use of our services, our clients also include medium-sized and large companies, banks, local authorities and other public-law bodies.

Our aspiration is always to provide our clients with the best possible quality of advice; for this reason, both the lawyers and the other staff regularly undergo further training to improve and update their legal and other relevant knowledge.
